My Hidden Confidence 

‘What you see is what you get” is often the expression used when others are recounting their personal interaction with me, and what an honour this is!

And so this book has been written in this style.  With honesty, openness and humour allowing the reader to travel though a variety of gripping experiences and yet still be encouraged and inspired that absolutely no matter what your life experiences are now or have been, there are better days ahead.

Some of the experiences that are shared and done so in detail, include several forms of abuse including Emotional, Physical (including sexual), Parental and Financial. Oh and not to forget my experience with depression, what a dark time that was.

What I found very powerful through these experiences, was knowing that others had been on a similar path before me and survived; I very often drew from this strength to keep moving.  A confirmation from others can bring great inspiration and demonstrate that experiences like these can bring a deeper purpose to life.

This has lead me to share my experiences openly with you!
